Foreign faculty or administrative staff

Label Bienvenue en France

Are you a teacher-researcher or part of the administrative staff at a foreign university? The UFR LLSHS can welcome you for a mobility program under certain programs.

Visiting faculty members

Each year, the UFR LLSHS welcomes foreign faculty members as part of the USPN invitation program.

During a stay of up to four weeks, they participate in the academic life of the UFR through courses, research activities, conferences, or cooperation projects with their home institutions.

Terms and conditions

To be invited to the UFR LLSHS, you must be nominated by a professor at the UFR. The professor will submit your application to the CR as part of the specific procedure for appointing and welcoming foreign guests.

You will need to send them a detailed CV, specifying your home institution and your teaching and research activities.

If your application is successful, you will receive a letter of invitation and your host professor will be responsible for coordinating your stay with the dedicated administrative team to put together your lump-sum compensation file to partially cover your living expenses (accommodation and meals).

Erasmus+ Program

The UFR LLSHS encourages international mobility among its European partners, whether they are teaching and research staff or administrative staff, within the framework of the Erasmus+ program.

If your home institution has signed an Erasmus+ agreement with Sorbonne Paris Nord University, you can participate in training or teaching mobility within the framework of the European program.

To get started on your project, contact a teacher-researcher or the administrative department of our UFR. If your application is accepted, you can apply for an Erasmus+ grant from your home institution.

In order to strengthen the internationalization of its administrative staff, USPN has signed agreements allowing training mobility with several Erasmus+ partners. Faculty members are also eligible for these mobility programs.
