Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (KA171)
An international higher education mobility project supported by the EU’s external policy funds (Key Action 171) is a project involving the mobility of students and higher education staff between Erasmus+ program member countries and non-associated third countries.
A mobility project involving non-associated third countries may include one or more of the following activities:
Student mobility
Higher education students can benefit from outgoing or incoming mobility under the Erasmus+ program, to or from a non-associated third country.
► Study period: available from the first year of higher education, for a duration of 2 to 12 months.
► Internship period: possible from the first year, also for a duration of 2 to 12 months.
► Combined mobility: possibility of integrating an internship into a study period, to or from a non-associated third country.
Staff mobility
The MIC Erasmus+ program allows higher education staff to benefit from international mobility lasting from 5 days to 2 months (excluding travel).
► Teaching mobility: to or from a third country not associated with the program.
► Training mobility: to or from a third country not associated with the program.
► Combined mobility: possibility of combining teaching and training during the same period.
These mobility opportunities are available to members of the Erasmus+ program as well as third countries not associated with the program.
Each year, the International Relations Department launches the Erasmus+ – Outside Europe call for projects campaign for this initiative.
The call for projects is open to all teachers and heads of departments or services at USPN who wish to set up a solid cooperation project with an institution outside the EU. Projects must be medium- or long-term in the field of training or education.
The projects will then be evaluated and selected by the DRI, taking into account the USPN’s internationalization strategy and the funding available from the Erasmus+ Agency for this action.
Committed to this program, the UFR LLSHS collaborates with Albania, in particular with the University of Tirana, notably in the context of the Tilde double master’s degree.
